Terms and refunds
What you're buying
A custom murder mystery party case for your group: host guide, character packets, clue cards, invitations, a party page with private character links, and (for Office / Team or with the add-on) awards and trivia. Delivered by email within 24 hours of receiving your completed order form, or 48 hours for Office / Team.
The one-solution promise
Every case is checked to have exactly one solution. If you find a logic problem, tell us from your order page and we'll rewrite it free.
Refunds
Before your case is delivered, you can cancel for a full refund. After delivery, we'll rewrite anything that's wrong for free; if we still can't make it right, we refund you in full. Ask from your order page or at hello@trylumegrid.com.
Your content
You tell us about your guests; please only share things they'd be happy to see in a party game. We keep games affectionate and steer clear of sensitive topics. The finished case is yours to use at your own parties.
Writing
Cases are built from our handcrafted plots, and the personal writing is computer-assisted and then checked.
